Octopus 300 FTP Server
When using the Octopus 300/301/311 with the ethernet interface, the data are transferred between the network and the Octopus using an FTP server software. This FTP server is preconfigured and tested under Windows XP.

Octopus 300 Software Update Utility
This software is required to update the Octopus 300 with new flash software versions. The update requires a Windows XP PC with a serial interface and an Octopus type serial RS-232 cable. Prior to the update, the flash version has to be downloaded separately - see the next link.
